- Mezclamos la harina con el azúcar y sal.
- Disolvemos la levadura en el agua tibia e incorporamos a la mezcla anterior.
- Empezamos a amasar y de a poco incorporamos la manteca pomada. Unimos y amasamos. Al principio es un chicle y cuesta. Pero seguir amasando por unos minutos hasta tener una masa suave y homogénea.
- Dejar leudar Tapada en un lugar cálido hasta duplicar su volumen.
- Desgasificar. Estirar la masa de un grosor de 2 cm en una placa enmantecada y enharinada.
- Cortar con discos pero no retirar las sobras (importante: no se retiran porque mantiene la masa húmeda en al ser horneada)
- Espolvorear con harina, luego pincelar con huevo, esparcir la mezcla de azúcar negro con harina por encima que cubra bien. A mi me gusta abundante jejeje. Dejar leudar y hornear por 15/20 min en horno moderado. Listo!!! 👏👏
